Replacement Pro Start Remote Start

Another award! :-D

Today, dear friends, I outing, the shameful confession: I hate chain letters and until a few days ago I added to this category also prizes to be obnoxious bloggers.
O_O Then I realized that the spirit of these awards is very different.
The chain letter is a fact taken for a ride that is based on superstition - and it's amazing how many people there are superstitious about, in an age that you want rational and enlightened as ours - whereas I'm a Blogger Awards 'expression of esteem and affection.

's so that I accept with joy and gratitude this Sunshine Award given to me by dear Francy , one of the most sweet and nice of the blogosphere, with the air of that chicken out you propina Recipes - she calls them Paciocco, but we know that the recipes are r capital - delicious and not at all obvious. Thanks to her, among other things I'm discovering the greedy vegetarian recipes, which leverages on time since I have a couple of dear friends with whom I am a vegetarian meal once a month, and every time I try to prepare something tasty but absolutely and completely "green."

The regulation provides that the award recipient:
  1. thank those who awarded him
  2. Write a post for the prize
  3. Steps Award to 12 deserving blog
  4. Insert link each of the selected blog
  5. Tell the award winners.

With this brief introduction I have complied with the rules No 1 and 2 of this award, in a happy synthesis expressed by the phrase " minimum effort for maximum results . :-D

are struggling to Rule No 3 do not know why not blog worthy, but because I know well over 12! I ask each of the blogs that I follow to be considered winners of me? :-))) (See expression above).

The fact is that, although he has finally understood that the spirit of these awards is different (it took me a bit ', but in the end I come!), I always remains the obstacle of Chain letters ... and about these, let me say a few words more, but only two. I do so first of all advertising in a blog that publishes all or most of the denials to the buffaloes running in the network for years: The Disinformatico Paul Attivissimo. Atop the front page of his blog there is this wonderful quote:

[through the legends and hoaxes] "men
unconsciously express their own prejudices,
hatreds, fears, all their strong emotions. "
Marc Bloch, Reflections on the false news of the war (1921)

Ed this is how things are ... I refer you to the blog of Paul for further reading on these issues and to check the list of buffaloes that roam the web 15 and more years now and finds out all the chains that you have received and continue to receive on time every year, are as old as the cuckoo.

Meanwhile I enjoy the prize and ride all the blogs I follow and my followers: YOU ARE THE SUNSHINE OF MY LIFE! :-D

Highest Triglycerides Levels On Record

Ready to cook mushrooms and

Menu On Tour Alessandra has launched a self-help for lovers of food, ; aimed at giving a sense of obsessive-compulsive buying cooking magazines: help and commit to at least one prescription for each new magazine purchased.
You are a bit 'on costs, but I have given another interpretation of this initiative useful, why not try to make at least one recipe for each of the magazines that I bought over the years? Always in my kitchen library magazines are tested and assembled for the month of publication, with those of the current month to make a fine show if 'in front of others. However, so far, apart from the rotation of the magazines on the shelves, it has never gone away. This year no: armed with Post-it, pen and notebook I started to browse all of the cooking magazine in January, looking for ideas. Needless to say, I found many, far too many to realize all this year, but I hope I still have before me a number of years sufficient to implement this respect, if not do it myself, my heirs will be up to take the initiative forward, and even now that I think will put on my will a note in which Caccavelli, magazines and cookbooks will go permanently after being designated heir formal commitment to be verified by the executor, to prepare at least one recipe for each publication. There is enough because it augurino that stays alive for a while '... :-D

I in any case I'm putting us commitment and I made a delicious

Meanwhile peel the artichokes, cut into very thin spicchietti and brown in a pan with a couple of tablespoons of oil, spraying them with a little 'white wine. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.
Clean the mushrooms and cut into strips and brown in butter and oil. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.
Cut the cheese slices, beat together the eggs with the cream and milk, forming the Royale. Season with salt and pepper.

Arrange mushrooms, artichokes and slices of cheese, pour over the Royale and go in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for half an hour. Serve immediately.

The original recipe also included 50 g of bacon, but I think its strong taste prevails over the more delicate mushrooms and artichokes. If you like, but ... :-D

How Do You Say Milena

MTC IN JANUARY: AND THE WINNER IS ....

Dear MTChallengers, this month I have put their difficulties.
I already knew to be judges of a contest of such a high level was not easy, but every time I get the impression that the participants themselves and overcome the challenge of January, you have proved once more.

But now submitted 61 recipes + 2 out of competition, have done much more: you have denied Raravis !! Yes, because she had told me that January is a dead month for bloggers, the public and so there was little to be expected so many recipes. With this, you have dug out the bank from the record number of recipes submitted all'MTC, with all that there are some people (LIIIICIAAAAAA!!! SAAAAANDRAAAAAA!!) This month that did not participate in the Challenge. What a satisfaction, not to pass a prophecy of our Ale? :-D

Epper ... right on my skin had to deny it? You could not make the record by, say, pasta alla Norma? No, sull'umile rustic roll and just had to pick any of cabbage, and wonderful creations, fanciful and beautiful to behold. How to choose? Mumble, mumble ... I have studied all your recipes in the end, I have saved in a file at home in the evening reading and rereading, trying to progressively restrict the list of eligible candidates.

The initial list had ... Well, there were 61 good recipes (out of the contest, I read it once and I thanked heaven that they were not to be considered:-D), I halved the first list, and it was not easy, then I further reduced. When I was asked to Ale and Dani to present my Top 10 because I made a Top 13 it was really hard to eliminate them, and when I was told to reduce it to 5 I had to resign to discard 8, an exhausting trial. Add to this that as they read your proposals try to buy the cabbages were so attractive, which means that for a while 'do not even want to see in the picture. :-D

The recipe I ended up in agreement with Ale and Dani but I have not tried to hard to find two of the key ingredients. :-D

E 'with great pleasure that I announce that the MTC in January 2011 was won by

Cabbage rolls, the Nordic Way! Alessandro Renna of in the kitchen.

The reason lies in the perfect balance between the sweetness of the tasty stew of reindeer and mushrooms softened with cream and cheese and the acidity of fresh cranberry chutney Lingon red, and finally laid down on a soft cream of celery soup, which blends the flavors.
I found the 'ensemble tantalizing and intriguing and I seduced, because of a flawless presentation. For the recipe I refer you to his blog , as well as advice on the cut of meat to replace the reindeer.

CONGRATULATIONS TO ALEXANDER then, but congratulations to all the challengers , we have presented some wonderful recipes, sometimes rediscovering the pleasure of eating a humble but versatile vegetable like cabbage.

Thank you all! Pass the baton to Alexander, asking him not to put the reindeer in the ingredients required ... ;-)
