400 g panettone
300 g ricotta 100 g mascarpone

For 5 cakes made with disposable cupcake molds:

For the pistachio heart:



300 g milk 50 g pistachio paste *
a spoonful of wheat starch
2 tablespoons sugar
half vanilla bean seeded
